Finawax-E is a refined vegetable oil based erucamide. Acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent for polyolefins. When it is mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer and processing equipment and also between the polymer-polymer inter-faces. Finawax-E is recommended for use in both LDPE & LLDPE as well as PP film grade applications. It allows higher processing temperatures. Complies with REACH and FDA. Recommended use level for polyethylene is 0.05 to 0.3% and for polypropylene is 0.05 to 0.3%.
